Hey, Jim here. After first reading about how much electricity and money the new LED tube lights could save me, I went to Home Depot and also ended up spending a whole lot of time poking around on the Internet trying to find reliable sources for LED light bulbs and information on retrofitting the fluorescent light fixtures in my office and a couple of small office buildings that I own. Frankly, the experience was pretty frustrating. While there are lots of folks selling LED lights, including LED tube lights, it’s hard to figure out what’s what. After finally finding some good sources for bulbs and figuring out how to rewire my fluorescent fixtures to use LED tubes, I thought why not create a simple web site to share what I have learned with everyone. So, I am going to write some posts about how much money you can expect to save, the quality of the lighting, how to retrofit your fixtures – with some video showing you how, and provide some links to reputable sources selling top-quality LED tube lights. I hope you find all of this helpful.
